- Choose the right light to reduce eyestrain, neck strain and headaches. Sunlight is the best light.
- Choose the proper desk which should be deep enough to support your arms .
- Use a screen filter
- Sit up straight in your chair and keep your head up.
- Place your computer screen at eye-level or just below far about 45 cm (18 in.) from your face
- Use an adjustable chair with correct height
- When you type, hold your fingers, wrists and lower arms in a straight line from your keyboard.
- Eyes should be at a distance 45cm from screen
- Feet should be flat on the floor or on footrest and knees should slightly lower than your thighs.
- Take a short break every hour for about 5 minutes and walk around.
- Keep food and drink away from computer
- Test electrical equipment every year.
- Provide a space to move easily around computer
