Computer health

Computer is a useful thing in our life,Everyone uses one at home, school or workplace. It is one of necessities but at same time, it is harmful . It can cause many health issues like:
- Eye strain(itching eyes,blurring or double vision)
- Back pain
- Repetitive strain injury (
- Stress.....
I would like to give you some advice about how to avoid this issue:

  1. Choose the right light to reduce eyestrain, neck strain and headaches. Sunlight is the best light.
  2. Choose  the  proper desk which should be deep enough to support your arms .
  3. Use a screen filter
  4. Sit up straight in your chair and keep your head up.
  5. Place your computer screen at eye-level or just below far about 45 cm (18 in.) from your face   
  6. Use an adjustable chair with correct height 
  7. When you type, hold your fingers, wrists and lower arms in a straight line from your keyboard.
  8. Eyes should be at a distance 45cm from screen
  9. Feet should be flat on the floor or on footrest and knees should slightly lower than your thighs.
  10. Take a short break every hour for about 5 minutes and walk around.
  11. Keep food and drink away from computer
  12. Test electrical equipment every year.
  13. Provide a space to move easily around computer
